Where it all started - Lola Carol

Two young girls posing with a large Jollibee statue

Mona and Sammy are two Filipino-American sisters with a dream from their mom, Carol. Now that Carol is a grandma (Lola), we want to preserve our culture for our kids, and fulfill her dream of opening a cafe that serves her recipes and great coffee.

Lola Carol used to take them to Cebu City as children where they learned Bisaya language, family values, and their love for Filipino food.

A young girl sitting at a table with birthday party snacks and treats, including a cake with skewers of marshmallows and candies, in a room with green curtains and a bookshelf.
